Brad Bjelke

Brad Bjelke is the CEO of UtahRealEstate.com, the largest multiple listing service in Utah, serving nearly 16,000 subscribers and approximately 94% of the state’s real estate licensees. He is an industry veteran who is well known for championing the relationship between the MLS and brokerage community, and he is passionate about fostering close relationships with his brokers to meet the challenges of the ever-evolving real estate industry.

Prior to working at UtahRealEstate.com, Brad was the vice president and general counsel for California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc., the largest MLS in the United States with over 80,000 subscribers. Brad started in the industry as the executive vice president for one of the largest MLS and real estate technology vendors, overseeing all of their operations.

Brad is an expert in matters relating to MLS policy, MLS and Association regionalization, compliance, data licensing, and governance. He has been an integral part of helping shape MLS policies at both the local and national levels.

Brad is a frequent speaker at real estate industry events, including appearances at Inman conferences, the Council of Multiple Listing Services, the Utah Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. He prides himself on implementing innovative policies to move the industry forward, and he currently serves on committees for CMLS, RESO, and NAR. He is the past chair of NAR’s MLS Association Executives Committee, is a member of CMLS’ Board of Directors, and he serves on NAR’s MLS Executive Advisory Board.

Brad is a graduate of Boston College Law School and California Lutheran University. He treasures the relationships he has made in the industry over the past 15 years. And, by the way, the “J” in his last name is silent J!
